Longfellow Leaders are grades 3-5 students who have a desire to lead and improve their school community. Longfellow Leaders apply for their positions and are trained on what it means to be a leader within the school community, and take time out of their schedules to help in various ways. Students assist teachers by working in classrooms and allow students to cash in their green tickets on the "Leader Locker" cart. They work diligently to raise money for their organization by selling holiday grams and lead various drives to collect items for classrooms. Each spring, they participate in a very impactful day working with students and teachers at the pre-school.
